We only will do replacements with the specific conditions for each product.

Warranty will be invalid if customer do chargeback using Paypal before opening ticket or contacting support.

Customers doing fake reviews and using chargebacks to get free products will be blacklisted forever from AstroLogs.

Most products we just provide the login data we dont have the obligation to provide a method so the customer will agree to this basic conditions buying a product.
